Muscle Building – Try Grass Fed For Whey Protein

Every age group has a reason to be concerned about the right methods of muscle building.  Life has become sedentary for almost all working groups. Getting up from your school desk, computer station or lecture desk for a three minute break to stretch your legs does not do much for the state of your muscles. Grass fed is the best source whey protein to the rescue!

Yet if you do have an extremely physical job, you especially need to know about muscle building to keep up with it.

Muscles need to be challenged every day. Muscular work burns calories, pressures the bones to trigger bone building, and provides the motion to increase circulation, and challenge heart and lung capacity.

And exercise needs to be supported with a muscle building. The need for protein is well understood. Lean, good quality meat/poultry/fish/dairy protein.

All meat, fish, poultry and dairy sources (whey protein) of protein add some fat to your diet. This is inevitable. Some of these fats are extremely good for you, especially the omega 3 fats that balance the omega 6 fats we ingest.

Omega 3 fats are ingested easily if you eat wild caught salmon, mackerel and tuna. With the skin and fat included. Unfortunately, it is now recommended that you do not eat these foods more than once a week, due to mercury and other contaminants found in these foods.

Some Other Sources Of Omega 3 Fats

  •  purified fish oil supplements
  • walnuts
  • olive oil

Well that’s good to know. But where did the protein go?

An excellent source of protein with a balance of omega 3- omega 6 fatty acids, is grass fed beef whey protein.

Another source of omega 3 fatty acids along with protein, is what I recommend as the best whey protein. Whey protein powder from grass fed cows. Cows feeding from an uncontaminated pasture, eating grass, produce the healthiest milk.

Grains, on the other hand, fed to cows, introduce Genetically Modified Franken-foods to the cow, and all its food products. Along with chemical growth hormones (what will that do you and your kids?)

  •  Herbicides
  • pesticides
  • chemical DNA of pesticides that the cow eats, and then this reproduces in YOUR GUT

Food products affected:

  •  meat
  • milk and whey products including protein drinks
  • cream
  • yogurt
  • sour cream
  • cheeses
  • butter
  • kefir

You can get all of the above products from organically produced sources, which is good to know. But, you can do better. You can get both meat and dairy products, including whey protein, that is derived from grass fed cows. The omega 3- omega 6 oil balance will be better.

And Why Should You Care?

Omega 3 oils are anti-inflammatory. Omega 6 fats are pro inflammatory. So the body chemistry needs a balance in order for you to decrease inflammatory conditions in your arteries, veins, organs, brain, joints and muscles.

Some of the diseases (you can avoid with whey protein) caused by inflammation are:

  •  cancer
  • Diabetes
  • IBS or Irritable Bowel Syndrome
  • Alzeimers
  • Parkinson’s
  • MS
  • Arthritis

Actually,  every aging condition is related to inflammation. So you can solve this problem by getting the grass fed  whey protein for a protein shake, and that’s one way you can keep up the muscle building no matter what you do.
