2 cups Original Bisquick® mix
1 cup milk
2 eggs

Heat up your griddle or skillet over a medium-high heat or use an electric griddle and heat it to 375 degrees F.
Grease cooking surface with cooking spray, vegetable oil or shortening.
The surface is ready when a few drops of water sprinkled on it dance and disappear.
Now stir all the ingredients in a medium size bowl until well blended.
Pour slightly less than 1/4 cupfuls onto the hot griddle.
Cook until edges are dry.
Turn; cook until golden.

Ingredients for Buttermilk Pancakes Recipe

1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 egg
1 1/4 cups buttermilk
1/4 cup white sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 cup vegetable oil

Preheat a skillet over medium heat.
Combine all ingredients in a blender.
Puree until smooth.
