Honey Detox Foot Bath: Get a liquid soap handy, some honey, vanilla extract and some sweet almond oil. The proportion of these ingredients has to be one tablespoon of honey and one tablespoon of liquid soap. Then add two tablespoons of sweet almond oil and one teaspoon of vanilla extract. Tea Detox Foot Bath:For this you would need a peppermint tea bag that has not been opened, a chamomile tea bag (unopened) and a cup of Epsom salt. Mix all the three ingredients in a basin filled with warm water. Your feet need to be immersed in this mixture for thirty minutes. This not only detoxifies the body from toxins but also serves as a foot deodorant. The chamomile and peppermint tend to freshen up the skin leaving it smooth and smelling good.
