I’ve search high and low to find the fruit of the loom leaf costume, but this boys one is the only one I found. It’s not exactly like the one from the fruit of the loom guys. But I do have some costume ideas you could do. You could purchase this and since it’s for boys, you could cut it and affix it to a green sweat pants outfit. For your head acquire a green stocking hat and add some leaves on it as well.

DIY fruit of the loom costumes for the grapes would be pretty easy.

One word, balloons!

For the purple grape outfit I would use purple sweets and green sweets for the green one. I would adhere the blown up balloons on the front, side and back of your shirt with clear tape when you are wearing it. I would get a matching bandanna and hot glue on some artificial vines.

For the apple I would buy a red shirt and either sweet pants or tights. Stuff the shirt full to look like an apple. For the hat part you could get a piece of white poster board and shape it in a circular cone to fit your head. Maybe some red construction paper for the top and don’t forget the leaf could be made of paper too.

For the DIY leaf costume you could dress in all green sweets, tights or what ever. Then take felt and cut out leaf shapes and adhere them to the outfit.
