Have had a foodie business page on Google Plus for about 5 years. It was created with the goal of linking back and driving traffic to my primary website which has been up and running since 2011. In May 2015 (or thereabouts), G+ decided to give Pinterest some competition by creating “collections”. Similar to Pinterest pinboards but different. (O.o) Can’t explain it. Can say, as an Internet marketer and home biz entrepreneur, it seems like a good business decision, on my behalf, because it gives me more places on social media to share and expand my online presence.

So my G+ business page (or brand account), which was initially set up to support my affiliate marketing website, morphed into a stand alone effort. It took on a life of its own, especially when I created Google Plus collections. One of my collections is dedicated to cheese lovers. It’s called “Cheese Meltdown”. It has over 11 thousand followers and that is a clear indicator that … people really love cheese!!

The whole wide world is full of people after my own heart. Want to make me happy? Give me a gourmet cheese gift basket or gourmet cheese in any form for a holiday gift, for my birthday, or any occasion, and it will be graciously received.
