When Harry arrives at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry he makes some really close friends as well as a few enemies. With the help of his new friends they are able to stop an attempted comeback by the evil wizard Lord Voldemort, who is responsible for the deaths of Harry’s parents.

Here we follow Harry’s second year at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry, during which a series of messages on the walls on the school’s corridors warn that the “Chamber of Secrets” has been opened and that the “heir of Slytherin” will kill all pupils who do not come from all-magical families. These threats are followed by attacks which leave residents of the school “petrified”.

Harry and his friends soon find out that the Chamber had been opened once before and that a student had died. Terrified that if the mystery is not solved that the school will be closed, Harry along with his friends follow all the clues to solve who has opened the chamber again so that they can stop all the attacks on students. They find none to soon that Lord Voldemort is behind it all and he is attempting to regain full power. Once again Harry finds himself going again Lord Voldemort in an attempt to not only stop him, but to save himself.

Harry learns that Black is supposedly the one betrayed Harry’s parents to the evil Lord Voldemort 12 years ago, leading to their deaths. Black is also known to have murdered the Potters’ good friend, Peter Pettigrew.

To Harry’s surprise he also learns that Sirius Black is his Godfather. Everyone in the wizarding world believes that Black is after Harry to finish what he had started 12 years ago. Harry along with the help of his friends soon finds out the truth about what really happened that dreadful night 12 years ago. And is faced with a very difficult decision…

During the Quidditch World Cup something happens that puts every witch and wizard on alert. The mark of Lord Voldemort is seen in the sky. This of course can only mean one thing. Lord Voldemort and his trusted Death Eaters must be back and they are out for revenge on the wizarding community.

Upon returning to Hogwarts for the new school year they find out that the TriWizard Tournament is going to be held at Hogwarts. Somehow Harry’s name ends up in the Goblet of Fire meaning that he has to compete in the tournament which is very dangerous. Harry witnesses something that is going to change his and everyone else’s world forever.

Spending another boring summer at the Dursley’s has not helped Harry to get over his feeling that he should be doing something to stop Lord Voldemort. Soon enough for Harry though things start to get a little more interesting when he has to protect he and his cousin from a Dementor attack. He get’s notice that he has to attend a hearing to decide weather or not he will be allowed to return to Hogwarts and continue to practice magic. Harry feels that finally returning to Hogwarts would be a relief…or will it?

As they are traveling through Voldemort’s past Harry soon finds out how much alike the two of them really are. On some level he starts to feel a little sorry for Voldemort. Albus Dumbledore informs Harry that what they learn will help to prepare him for the final battle against Lord Voldemort.

After returning from one of their trips in search of clues to help defeat Lord Voldemort, Harry suffers a terrible tragedy. This tragedy affects the entire Wizarding Community, but it helps to fuel Harry’s desire to end Lord Voldemort’s reign once and for all. Harry knows that only one of them can survive, and he is the one that has to end Lord Voldemort.

Book 7

Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows is the seventh and final of the Harry Potter novels written by British author J. K. Rowling. Harry faces more dangers throughout this book than he has in all of the others. As he searches for all of the Horcruxes , he finds that he is not only in danger from Lord Voldemort and his Death Eaters, but more importantly losing faith in himself. He finds himself questioning all that he has come to trust over the last 7 years.

Harry knows that he is the only one who can defeat Lord Voldemort and this knowledge starts to weigh on him. On their journey Harry finally starts to see how much everyone is actually there for him and willing to help him to defeat Lord Voldemort. At nearly being handed over to Lord Voldemort Harry finally finds all of his strength that he needs to defeat Lord Voldemort.
