Ingrid Croce Story and Art
Do you remember a song of the 60s, “Bad Bad Leroy Brown” ? That song made # 1 and was sung by Jim Croce. He also sang “You Don’t Mess Around With Jim” and “Time in a Bottle.” Jim tragically died in an airplane crash in 1973. He was only 30 years old.
His widow, Ingrid, often sang with him, and has been quite successful since those early days as a restaurant owner, and as an artist and musician. I was amazed at her mixed media art and thought you might like to see it too. I have also included books about these talented folks and some of their music on this page.
Enjoy learning more about Jim and Ingrid Croce.
