Plastic Canvas Kits – Fun for Kids and Adults
This isn’t Your Grandma’s Plastic Canvas! These Kits are Awesome!
Plastic canvas is easy to do and so much fun! I tried a kit about a year ago, and now I just can’t stop! It is so much faster and less complicated than counted cross stitch and the finished product is just as cute! I have made coasters, a wall hanging, a tissue box cover and a table top 3-D haunted house for Halloween! Right now I am working on some ugly Christmas sweater tree ornaments. They are so cute!
There really is no learning curve to plastic canvas. It is so simple to do, it literally takes a couple minutes to get started, even if you have never done it before. You can buy the mesh sheets, yarn, needle and instructions separately, but I find it easier to just buy a kit. It has everything you need in one bag, and it also less expensive than buying the part separately.
I have enjoyed this craft so much and I have also made some cute gifts to give to people for Christmas and baby showers. Lots of fun and saves on gift giving; you can’t get better than that!
This is the First Project I Ever Made !
Mason Jar Coasters
This was the first thing I ever made in plastic canvas. They came out terrific. I did watch a couple of YouTube videos for some tips, but plastic canvas is so easy to do, you can pick it up and in a matter of minutes you can be working away like you have been doing it for years!

This simple kit contains everything necessary to make three separate projects, one bookmark and two coasters, that could also be used as ornaments. Everything you need is included: Pre-shaped plastic canvas pieces, yarn, a needle and instructions. This kit is so easy that even a child as little as eight can easily make the projects and have something both beautiful and useful!

Tissue Box Cover Kits
Snowmen, Birdhouses and More
Have you ever wanted to jazz up that ugly box of tissue sitting on your bathroom counter or night stand? We have the answer. These kits look complicated but they are not! They really are a matter of making the sides one at a time and just whip-stitching the sides together and stitching on the top. They are really impressive when they are done, but no one has to know how easy they really are to make.

Such a comprehensive selection you have featured here, thanks!
My wife has been doing plastic canvas crafts for about 7-8 years now and most of the ideas she has come up with have been her own. She made a number of keychains for people, with their name and with the colors being the person’s favorite colors. Thos are backed with felt, to make them look nicer and to last longer. She also has done a number of Christian crosses with yarn attached, to function as Bible bookmarks.
