The pause in breathing may last for 10 to 20 seconds which makes your respiring tough and your sleep an awful one.

It is often seen that these respiring pauses may happen twenty to twenty five times an hour or even more which really troubles the sufferer and makes it hard for him to have a peaceful sleep.

There are various symptoms of sleep apnea which should not be neglected and should be taken care of, so as to cure your sleep apnea disorder and have a healthy sleep.

Some of the most common symptoms are loud snoring, frequent pauses in respiring, choking for air that causes the sufferer to wake, daytime weariness and waking up not fresh after a night sleep.

There are many factors behind sleep apnea but the major causes of this sleep disorder are enormous tonsils, additional weight and sinus congestion.

If you are looking for the treatment of sleep apnea then consult your doctor for CPAP.

This is a mechanical device which is worn by the sufferer so as to get relief from sleep apnea.

I used to have a real problem with snoring; I was so loud I’d wake up my parents somtimes! I ended up having to get a mouth piece which has since helped stop the problem.
I wish that I had bought it through here though, I probably paid double for it at the chemist!

Good information and solutions. One might also try something that helps you sleep such as using a far infrared sauna.
My husband has trouble sleeping (anxiety), and our infrared sauna is the only thing that has helped him.
