Recipe for Sugar Free, No Flour Peanut Butter Cookies

You can enjoy the deliciousness of peanut butter cookies without using refined sugar or flour. This recipe shows you how to use Splenda in place of the sugar, these cookies are a delectable treat for all!

Sugar Free No Flour Peanut Butter Cookies Recipe

About 1-2 dozen depending on cookie size-

Prep Time: 10 minutes
Total Time: 25 minutes


1 Cup Peanut Butter (creamy or crunchy)
1 Cup Splenda Sweetener
1 Egg
1 tsp. Vanilla Extract


1. In medium bowls add peanut butter, then add Splenda, Vanilla Extract and Egg. Mix Well!
2. Roll dough into walnut sized balls and place on an ungreased or parchment paper lined cookie sheet.
3. Take a fork and make criss-cross patterns on each cookie, gently mashing the ball. To prevent the fork from sticking to the dough, dip it in Splenda first.
4. Bake at 350 degrees for 12 minutes or until cookies are slightly brown.
5. Let cookies cool before removing them from the cookie sheet.
